1. Sweet and Smoky Tri-Tip

Mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper together.

This can be used for a piece of tri-tip up to 2 pounds, so adjust as needed for the amount of meat you’re using. You’ll want to grill it for around 30 minutes until it reaches 125 degrees Fahrenheit on a meat thermometer.
